''i would prefer not to'' exhibition - Ekito company offices - Toulouse - France - 2011 / photovoltaic module - lotus lamps - current converter - battery - wood - wires / dimensions 110 x 100 x 15 cm

The exhibition took place in the offices of a service-sector company, specially opened to the public during working hours.
The artwork combines ”high-tech” and ”low-tech”.
The monochrome photovoltaic panel, made in Japan, powers in real time plastic lotus lamps purchased from a Chinese bazaar. The whole forms a micro-memorial referencing Fukushima nuclear plant accident that occured a few months before the exhibtion. The title in Breton, meaning ‘’nuclear no thanks’’ alludes to the Plogoff affair (nuclear plant that not contrasted in the 70’s Britanny because of local marches and riots).
